Emergency Travel Document
If you find yourself without your British Passport whilst you are abroad (because it is lost or stolen), then you will need to apply for an Emergency Travel Document to return to the UK.

Ticketing
This match is sold out, and supporters are urged not to travel without a ticket.
- All tickets for this game will be physical and will be held for collection in Paris. Full information regarding the ticket collection point has been emailed to all ticket holders. If you are collecting a ticket, you will be required to collect this in person with Government issued photo ID (passport or driving license). Third party collections will not be permitted, and only the person named on the membership/ticket will be able to collect.
- Turnstiles will open at 18:00 CET (three hours before kick-off).
- Entry is via Gate V which is in the South-East corner of the stadium. Gate V is approximately a 5-minute walk from the Metro.
- There is a soft ticket check as you approach the stadium, then at the stadium following ticket scans supporters will go through a pat down search.
- There are four entry lanes and Arsenal stewards/staff will be located there to assist.
- There are three levels in the stand and supporters on the ground level are wrist banded to ensure they ONLY enter their seating area to prevent migration.
- Supporters do not need to be in possession of photographic ID as part of the requirement for entry although it is a legal requirement in France to be in possession of photographic identification.
- There is fencing on either side, and the police will decide whether netting will be used at the sides to prevent any missiles being thrown either from or into this section. There will be no netting at the front. There is a divide in the middle of the away section, but there is a gate in the centre, and this will be open.
- The away section has an unobstructed view of the pitch area.

Supporters are strongly advised to avoid the Auteuil suburb of Paris and should take note of this when travelling to the Parc des Princes on matchday.
Street crime, including pickpocketing, can take place in Paris. Supporters are advised to be vigilant, take sensible precautions and ensure they have valid travel insurance.
Getting to and from the Stadium
- Supporters should plan their journey to arrive at the stadium no later than one hour before kick-off.
- Travel for the metro is not included in the ticket price; fans will have to purchase tickets independently to travel to and from the stadium.
- Supporters are advised to take metro line 9 to arrive at the stadium. Supporters should get off the metro at 'Porte de Saint-Cloud' station. Upon exit of the station take the five-minute walk along 'Route de la Reina' in the opposite direction of the roundabout. This will bring you to the start of the entrance procedure for ticket holders in the away section. 'Porte de Saint Cloud' station is not accessible for wheelchair users.
- Supporters are strongly advised not to use line 10 on the metro system which would result in supporters exiting the metro system in Auteuil.
- There is wide availability of taxis in Paris and for those that like to walk it is around an hours walk from the centre of the city.
- There is no standard parking available at the Parc des Princes.
- After the match, supporters will exit the stadium via the same route. Porte de Saint Cloud metro station will be open and operating until 01:00 hours.
At the Stadium
- There will be no alcohol served at Parc des Princes.
- Phone chargers are permitted into the stadium
- Bags of A4 size and smaller will be permitted in the stadium and will be searched on entry. There is no bag storage available at the Parc des Princes.
- It is not permitted to smoke inside the stadium; however supporters will be allowed to smoke outside on the concourse at the ground level.
- The stadium accepts card payments only. There are two kiosks available in the away sector - one on the upper-level concourse and one on the ground level concourse. Kiosks will sell hot and cold food and beverages and will close shortly after half time.
- There are ample toilet facilities for the away sector at Parc des Princes on both the ground level and upper level of the away sector. There is a disabled access toilet available on the middle level of the away sector and this can be accessed by asking any of the stewards on that level.
- There is a medical room at the stadium and the stewards will be able to direct you there if required.
- Flags will be checked by Paris Saint-German stewards before admission. Arsenal stewards will be on hand to support if necessary. Flags that are offensive or discriminatory in nature will not be permitted.

Getting to the stadium:
- The metro stations are not accessible and would not support the needs of wheelchair users.
- Bus numbers 22, 62 and 72 go to the stadium and have both accessible low floors and electric ramps
- It's advisable to consult the latest information from RATP or contact their customer service for assistance in planning your journey.
- All wheelchair accessible tickets are located in the away section. The entry process will be the same as outlined above. There will be a designated support line on the right-hand side of the searches to allow easier access.
- The area around the stadium is in the main flat and easily navigated in a wheelchair although the dedicated route into the stadium has pressed patterned concrete, which may cause some issues. The surface inside the stadium is good. There is a safe access route into the stadium, which will be secured by stewards and police
- The wheelchair platform is in away supporter section on Level 1 and is accessed through gate V with the GA, and there is a dedicated accessibility lane.
- There are also dedicated accessibility lifts to ensure access around the stadium.
- PSG stewards will escort supporters to the wheelchair bays supported by Arsenal's disability liaison team.
- In the location of the wheelchair access seats the position of the personal assistant seat is located behind wheelchair user seating locations.
- Disabled toilets are clean and close to wheelchair bays
- Refreshment kiosk is not at an accessible height for wheelchair users, however PSG and Arsenal stewards will assist where required.
