For Season Ticket holders who have been selected to collect their ticket full information on the ticket collection point in Madrid has been emailed to the ticket holder from supporterservices@arsenal.co.uk
Please note the email has been sent to the individual and not the lead booker.
If you are collecting a ticket, you will be required to collect this in person with photo ID. Third party collections will not be permitted, and only the person named on the ticket will be able to collect.
I have been chosen for collection, Where do I need to go?
Location:
C/ de la Coruña, 19, Tetuán, 28020 Madrid, Spain
The collection point is around a 15–20 minute walk to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
Time:
The Ticket Collection Point will be open on the day of the game from 10am-9pm (Local Time).
Please note that there will be NO Third-Party collections, and the ticket must be collected by the named member only.
A physical form of government issued photographic ID, such as driving licence or passport will only be accepted. Photos of ID’s, work or train passes will not be accepted.
Please also be reminded that you will need to take your physical passport to the stadium as there will be further checks on entry. For this reason, it is advisable that you arrive at the Ticket Collection Point as early as possible.
