Ticketing

All tickets will be issued by UEFA through their official mobile ticketing app. They will be uploaded a few days before the match.

Ticketing at the Stadium
You can get help at the Ticketing Centre, which is located at the stadium.
If you have not been able to access your tickets through the UEFA Mobile Tickets app, or you have trouble using the app and the FAQs did not help, you can visit the Ticketing Centre.
Please note:
- You will need to bring your ticket confirmation email or invoice, and your original passport/ID, and that of your guest(s).
- We recommend that you come as early as possible, as queuing times are likely to increase closer to gates opening.
- Our staff may not be able to help if incomplete or inaccurate information is provided.
- There are no ticket sales at the Ticketing Centre.

Airport

Lisbon airport is connected to the metro network and the airport station is accessible to wheelchair users.

Metro
Some metro stations are accessible to wheelchair users. These stations are marked with the international accessibility icon (wheelchair icon). Before planning your trip, consult the Metro Lisboa home page (https://www.metrolisboa.pt/en/) which has information on the status of the working condition of accessibility elevators.
The closest metro station is Campo Grande, this station is accessible for wheelchair users.
Drop-off point
A taxi and ride-share drop-off point for spectators will be available at the North side of Campo Grande metro station, at the end of the Mario Soares Garden.

- Free entry, no ticket required.
- Security checks and crowd management restrictions may be in operation.
♿ The Fan Festival is accessible. All activations can be adapted so make sure to take part.
The closest metro station is Terreiro do Paco, which is accessible for wheelchair users.
At the Stadium
In accordance with Portuguese law, children and infants under the age of 3 years are not permitted to attend sporting events or enter the stadium during a sporting event.
Turnstile open at 2pm.
Arsenal supporters are to enter through turnstiles 6 and 7. If you have purchased easy access seating, you will need to enter through 8 and 9.
Entrance S is a dedicated entrance for wheelchair users.
If you wish to bring a flag or banner, this cannot be larger than 1m x 1m. If it is, please send an image of your flag along with the size and fire safety information to moryan@arsenal.co.uk by 5pm on Thursday 22nd May.
There will be no alcohol available at the stadium, due to Portuguese law. Food and soft drinks are card payments only - no cash is accepted inside the ground.
Small bags no larger than A4 are allowed inside the stadium, subject to security checks.
If you are blind or partially sighted and require audio descriptive commentary, you can download the UEFA Women’s Champions League Final app.
All you need to do is:
- Tap “More”
- Tap on “Audio-descriptive commentary” in the “At the event” section (available 15 minute before kick-off)
- Select the relevant language
If you have any questions whilst at the stadium, there will be Arsenal staff readily available.
