When purchasing tickets at concession prices (such as Junior, Senior, or Young Adult rates), the price you see will depend on the information we have on your Membership account, specifically your date of birth.


If we haven’t received the correct date of birth or other necessary details during recent data updates, the system will only show the lead (standard) price for your Membership group. This means concession pricing will not be available until your details are updated.


To make sure you can purchase tickets at the correct concession rate, please submit an enquiry form with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Email address - Each supporter aged 13 and over will need an email not already in use
  • Postal address
  • Membership number the enquiry relates to


Once we receive this information, we will aim to update your account as quickly as possible to reflect the correct pricing.

If you wish to pay over the phone, please note that we will only be able to process concession prices if your details have already been updated via the enquiry form. This is to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with ticketing policies.
