Stadium Tour
Redeem your tour voucher at the Tours desk inside The Armoury using your matchday PDF ticket.
Ticket distribution
- All tickets are released once the fixture date and time are confirmed.
- Purchases made after confirmation will receive tickets by email within 72 hours.
Seasonal Members looking to purchase Club Level +
- Club Level + is only available per match; it is not sold as a seasonal product.
- If you hold a seasonal ticket and wish to experience Club Level +, you can post your seasonal seat on the Ticket Exchange and then purchase a Club Level + ticket separately (subject to availability).
Using your ticket
Each seat purchased includes one PDF ticket. The QR code on your ticket is used for:
- Stadium entry
- Stadium Tour access
- Redeeming your £5 retail voucher
- Food and drink redemption
