This match is sold out, and supporters are urged not to travel without a ticket.


When will I receive my ticket(s)
All tickets for this game will be Print-at-Home (PDFs) fulfilled directly by Internazionale; each ticket will be emailed individually to the lead client member, unless you have been asked to collect your ticket from us on the day. Please ensure that your email address is up to date. The name of each person attending this match will also be written on every ticket. 

Tickets will be emailed directly from Inter Milan to the lead client member, from the following e-mail address: inter-ticket@vivaticket.com with the subject line: Your ticket for INTER VS ARSENAL FC on 20/01/2026

If you have not received your tickets by Friday, January 16 at 3pm, please contact our Supporter Services Team on 020 7619 5000 (option 1).


Ticket usage
Tickets must be used by the member assigned to the booking and must not be handed over to another individual. All tickets will be checked at the stadium against the personal identity of the holder by Inter Milan. Supporters must supply their physical passports for such checks, and copies or other forms of ID will not be accepted in any form. Any tickets found to not be in possession of the named holders will be refused entry and the membership/s assigned to the seats may be suspended as a result

Ticket Collections
Ticket collections will continue to be enforced as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that genuine Arsenal supporters are using these tickets. Any supporter selected to collect for this match will be sent an email in advance of the date of the game with all the relevant ticket collection details. All other tickets will be issued as Print-at-Home (PDFs).

Turnstiles
When attending away fixtures, please ensure that your match ticket is scanned. It is your responsibility to make sure that your ticket is scanned correctly at the turnstile.

If your match ticket does not scan at the relevant turnstile, or if a steward admits you through another entrance, please ensure that your ticket is scanned before entering the ground. 

If you do have access issues on the day of the game, please speak to a steward or seek advice from the hosting club’s ticket office before entering the ground to confirm that your match attendance is recorded.

Arsenal monitors away match attendance from access control data which is recorded at the hosting club’s ground. Arsenal receives this information directly from the hosting club and uses the data to confirm attendance or to deduct away match points. 

Please be aware that documentation will not be accepted to prove away match attendance and this includes photographs, receipts, travel, or hotel bookings.

If you fail to scan your away match ticket, Arsenal will not receive information that you attended the fixture, and the away match loyalty point that has been credited to your membership account will be removed for the relevant away game.

Getting to and from the Stadium

Take the M5 underground line (Lilac Line) towards San Siro Stadio and get off at San Siro Stadio.

 

From Milano Centrale and Milano Lambrate Stations: take the M2 underground line (Green Line) towards Assago, get off at Porta Garibaldi, and then switch to the M5 line (Lilac Line) towards San Siro Stadium.

 

From Porta Genova Station: take the M2 underground line (Green Line) towards Cologno/Gessate, get off at Porta Garibaldi, and transfer to the M5 line (Lilac Line) towards San Siro Stadium.

 

Once you arrive, turn left at the top of the stairs, then left again outside the station, proceed away from the stadium before turning right to access it. Note that lighting in these areas is minimal, and signage is limited.

 

The Police strongly encourage visiting supporters to use the Lilac (M5) Line instead of the overground tram system to avoid potential conflicts at the tram stop and Gate 14 where home supporters are. Please follow the suggested route when exiting the station and returning. The walk to the stadium is about five minutes.

At the Stadium

Arrive early to allow plenty of time to pass the stadium security checks.

 

Please note, no suitcases or large bags will be permitted into the stadium, and there are no storage facilities. You may bring an A4 size bag into the stadium.
