Please note, if you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so before 10:00am (UK time) on Tuesday 6 May 2025.
- Log into your account at https://www.eticketing.co.uk/arsenal/
- Click on your profile in top right corner
- Click ‘Account Menu’ at the bottom of the page
- Click ‘Ticketing & Membership’
- Click ‘Membership and Billing’
- You will be presented with the ‘Membership and Billing page’, where you can ‘amend card details’ or cancel your membership which will come into effect at the end of the season
- You will be asked to confirm your membership cancellation. Please note you are welcome to return but you will either lose your Silver Membership or your place on the Silver Membership Waiting List
- If you chose to cancel your membership you will be presented with the ‘Membership cancellation complete’ page
