Your Season Ticket pass should update automatically to the next available fixture to you. This will only work if you have updates enabled in Google Pay / Apple Wallet. After updates have been enabled, it will update but this can take a while. If you are not a Season Ticket Holder, please see below.
If you have an iPhone, go to your Apple Wallet and onto the season pass. In the corner, there will be a circle with three dots, click this and then pass details and on the next page make sure "Automatic Updates" is enabled, then pull down on the page to refresh/update the pass.

If you have an Android device, Automatic Updates should automatically be turned on. If your pass has not updated try turning your phone off and on again to update your pass, alternatively you can remove the pass from your wallet and download it again via the Arsenal App.
Important information.
Please note your membership digital pass will not update if you have accepted a ticket transfer from a season ticket holder and you will need to add the ticket transferred to your Apple or Google Pay wallet or use the PDF ticket which is located at the bottom of the email, For more information on this please click here
If you are not a season ticket holder and you have purchased your ticket via the ballot or Ticket Exchange, your pass will update to show the relevant fixture approximately one week before the game. Please note, if you purchase a ticket via the Ticket Exchange in the week leading up to a game, your pass will take up to one working day to update.
If you purchase a ticket from the ticket exchange 24 hours prior to the game then your digital pass will update 3 hours prior to kick off.
