All iPhones with Face ID and all Touch ID iPhones except the iPhone 5S. Please check here for further details on Apple devices. All Android devices from 2015 onwards are supported, find support for android devices here. Please note, Android users will need to be on version 9 (released in 2018) of their phone's software to be able to use their Digital Pass.

To use NFC tickets with Google Wallet on a Samsung device, you may need to set Google Wallet as the default payment app, as some Samsung devices may default to Samsung Wallet. You can verify this and make the change in your device's settings under "Connections" then "NFC and contactless payments," where you can select Google Pay as the default.

Most android devices should support NFC, however if your device does not, all Android digital passes will continue to contain a barcode on the back of the phone which can be scanned on the barcode scanner. These barcodes will change every 20 seconds. This means supporters are not able to screenshot their tickets to enter the stadium.

If you do not have a smart phone or your device does not support NFC digital ticketing, please complete this form and we will be in touch to confirm how you will be able to access Emirates Stadium. Please be aware, you may be required to collect your ticket on matchday with photo ID.
